Absolutely, the location seems fantastic but please don’t expect your rooms to be cleaned even once in 8 nights, unreal! the boiling water incident was just delightful, not a soul cared, so I expected at least a complimentary beverage or something. I almost gave this place a good review, but just couldn't, sad really.

Proximity to the beach and local amenities is fantastic.
My experience at Nissi Avenue Suites was incredibly frustrating. The room was not properly cleaned, and I had to handle the situation by buying disinfectants myself. communication with the owner was unpleasant. their rude replies made me feel unvalued as a guest.

Family with children perfect getaway
The self-catering apartment was so close to the beach I could barely believe it we could easily walk there. Plus the staff were super friendly always smiling and helpful when we needed anything it relieved so much stress.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive but for what we got it was acceptable.

Couple getaway with great location
The apartment was newly renovated and had everything we needed. We loved having a supermarket right below us and a fantastic bakery across the street for our morning pastries.
